Hallowencide near my house, was walking the dog & a yard had 6


inflated Halloween decorations in their yard the other day. Today they were all dead lying in heaps in the yard. Who would commit such a horrible crime? Thought about calling 911 to report the crime, but figured the owners would. I wonder if they will bury them or cremate them.
